ServiceMaster Cleaning Services by Diversity uses products and equipment manufactured by ServiceMaster Clean®. Every product and chemical is designed to be environmentally safe and meet the cleaning requirements of today’s building materials.
Each member of our work crew undergoes a thorough background check and drug screening prior to employment. After hiring each individual is trained using our time tested ServiceMaster cleaning methods. On the job site, our uniformed personnel is consistently monitored and trained by experienced supervisors.
Our Quality Assurance program provides management and our clients with regular feedback on the quality of our activities. Our program allows attention to be focused on areas of concern before they can become issues. Our QA program also provides a basis for employee recognition.
ServiceMaster Cleaning Services by Diversity provides each site with a special communications book. One section of the book contains communication logs that provide the client’s personnel the opportunity to communicate directly with the cleaner on minor concerns or special requests. Another section contains the task schedule, so management and the cleaner know exactly what is supposed to be done and when. Other sections contain emergency instructions, product safety data sheets, and Quality Assurance reports.
